A house in Miami Beach that sold for $2.7 million tops the list of the most expensive real estate sales in Miami Beach area in the past week.

In total, 26 real estate sales were recorded in the area during the last week, with an average price of $590,312. The average price per square foot was $613.

The prices in the list below concern real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Sep. 12., even if the property may have been sold earlier.

  • $420,000, condominium in the 100 block of Lincoln Road

    The 550 square-foot condominium in the 100 block of Lincoln Road in Miami Beach has now been sold. The transfer of ownership was settled in August and the total purchase price was $420,000, $764 per square foot. The condominium was built in 1965.

  • $446,000, condominium in the 1400 block of Lincoln Road

    The 784 square-foot condominium in the 1400 block of Lincoln Road, Miami Beach, has now been sold. The transfer of ownership was settled in August and the total purchase price was $446,000, $569 per square foot. The condominium was built in 1969.
