Investigators with the Pasco Sheriff’s Office say Scott Quinn confessed to getting rid of Alyssa Ciccarelli’s frame in a dumpster.
On Thursday, the dep. posted to social media announcing they don’t imagine Ciccarelli is alive.

According to detectives, she met with Quinn for a drug transaction at Embassy Food and Gas in Port Richey.
