Developer starts work on North Wales industrial units that will create 100,000 sq ft of space

McLaren Construction has began paintings on 102,967 sq toes of speculative building throughout two state-of-the artwork business/distribution gadgets on Deeside Industrial Park in Flintshire.

Designed through Fletcher Rae Architects, the 2, single-storey, extremely sustainable warehouses on Zone 2 shall be constructed to internet 0 carbon.

Joel Casstles, undertaking supervisor at McClaren Construction, stated: “With demolition, the remediation and earth works now complete, we have now officially broken ground and working on the delivery of these much-needed speculatively developed units with practical completion due in Q4 2022.
